Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing and siding installation projects to ensure work meets company quality and safety standards
- Verify delivered materials for quality and accuracy
- Pick up and transport materials as needed to support job sites
- Set up job-site protection to protect the customer’s home and property during installation
- Oversee job-site cleanup, including using magnet rakes to collect nails and debris
- Conduct final walkthroughs with customers and document any punch-out items
- Communicate with customers throughout the installation process
- Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns professionally
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors and travel to job sites across Central Indiana
- Commitment to Moss Roofing’s values of honesty, integrity, and quality service
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required
