What You’ll Do
- Generate and close new sales opportunities through self-generated leads, referrals, door-to-door canvassing, and networking
- Conduct residential roof and exterior inspections
- Educate homeowners on the condition of their property and recommended solutions
- Prepare quotes for roof, siding, and exterior replacement projects
- Guide customers through the insurance claims process when applicable
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
- Manage projects from initial inspection through contract signing
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in negotiating and closing sales
- Self-driven, results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven sales experience is preferred but not required — we provide training
