This Is Not a Call Center Job
This is the front line of revenue.
Every call, text, and form submission = opportunity 📲
Your job is to capture it and convert it into an appointment.

The Mission
🎯 Every inbound lead → handled immediately → turned into an appointment (ideally SAME DAY).
What You’ll Do
Inbound Conversion (Primary)
- Answer inbound calls live (TV, radio, PPC, direct mail, web)
- Respond to texts and web leads immediately
- Build trust fast, control the call
- Identify motivation decision makers
- Handle objections with confidence
- Set the appointment (same-day whenever possible)
- Lock in all decision makers
👉 You are not taking messages. You are setting appointments.
Follow-Up
- Work the CRM relentlessly
- Re-engage old, cold, and missed leads
- Stay on opportunities until they convert or die
Outbound (Growing Focus)
- Cold calling (pre-foreclosure, tax delinquent, etc.)
- Text email campaigns
- Help build outbound into a major pipeline 📈
Team Communication
- Tight coordination with Sales Transactions
- Fast, direct communication (face-to-face > phone > email)
Schedule
- On-site, high-energy office ⚡
- Rotating shifts:
- 8–4 | 10–6 | 12–8
- Rotating Saturdays
- 1 Sunday/month
- Weekday off if working weekends
💰 Compensation
Target: $80K – $100K
- $50K Base (bi-weekly)
- Commission on appointments that close
- Weekly bonuses sales contests 🏆
- Extra incentives for same-day performance top output
