- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of refrigeration, electrical, and control systems.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and resolve issues with HVAC equipment.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment.
- Safety Awareness: A commitment to following safety protocols and using equipment safely.
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Physical Stamina: Being able to lift heavy equipment, work in various environments, and stand for extended periods.
- High school or equivalent
- Commercial HVAC experience
- Clear and valid driver's license
- EPA Certification a plus
- Texas HVAC Technician Registration a plus
- HVAC Trade School degree and OSHA 10 Hour training are a plus
- Back Flow License a plus
