We are looking for an outgoing individual that is well organized and is able to handle a busy office. Our perfect candidate will be bilingual in English / Spanish and will have had prior experience in a similar position in an office setting. This individual should be well equipped to use Microsoft\'s Word and Excel programs as well as have an understanding of HR responsibilities. You will be responsible for processing new employee\'s, greenhouse tours, answering phones, payroll prep, accounts payable prep, filing, and working in the greenhouse as needed. This individual will also be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of employee files and the company\'s safety program.
