Position Details
- Location: Servicing Palm Beach County area properties.
- Schedule: Highly flexible, 1–2 days per week to start. Potential to grow into a full-time role!
- Start Time: 7:30 AM (Working days determined by route and availability).
- Compensation: Highly Competitive Hourly Rate starting at $16/hour (commensurate with pest control experience).

Your Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing)
- Route Management: Efficiently and professionally manage a daily route of residential and commercial properties.
- Expert Application: Treat properties using precision application techniques to control mosquito populations.
- Customer Service: Act as the face of our company, providing friendly service, answering client questions, and fostering strong customer retention.
- Equipment Care: Perform basic daily maintenance and cleaning of your application equipment.
What You Need to Bring
- Physical Stamina: This is a highly physical position. Must be able to consistently and safely carry a 50-pound backpack sprayer while maneuvering through yards.
- Work Ethic: High level of self-motivation, independence, and a commitment to quality work.
- Customer Focus: Excellent people skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Core Requirements:
- Valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check.
