This is a seasonal call center position focused on handling incoming phone calls from existing customers and potential new customers. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from current and prospective customers
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing
- Sign up new customers and enter information into the system
- Follow call center scripts and training guidelines
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone on every call
- Document notes and customer interactions clearly and accurately
Schedule & Availability
- Seasonal position
- Hours may vary based on call volume
- Monday through Friday availability required
- Weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
