What You’ll Do
You’ll help support our customers and office team through important daily follow-up and communication tasks, including:
- Managing accounts receivable follow-up and updating payment information
- Following up with new customers after sign up
- Calling customers after resprays or service visits
- Answering customer questions by phone, text, and email
- Supporting other customer service and office tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Someone with:
- Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
- Comfort making outbound service calls and handling customer conversations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliability, punctuality and self-motivation
- A positive customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior customer service or office experience is preferred.

Position: Part-Time Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (May 2026 to August 2026)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Pay: $18/hr Performance Bonus
