What You’ll Do
As a Lead Technician, you’ll be the face of our company in the field. This role gives you ownership of your route, your customers, and your day. You will:
- Run your assigned service route with confidence and efficiency
- Train new hires and teach them basic protocols
- Deliver high-quality mosquito and pest treatments that keep homes protected
- Build strong customer relationships through dependable service and clear communication
- Keep detailed service records and follow established treatment protocols
- Maintain your equipment and vehicle to company standards
- Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional services
- Problem-solve on the fly like the seasoned pro you're becoming
We want self-starters with grit, pride in their work, and a love for being outdoors. The ideal candidate has:
- A High School diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of pest control experience preferred (but we train the right person)
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A team-first attitude and a desire to grow with a fast-moving company
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends when needed
