Creative Outdoor Floral Container Designer

Mosher and Associates is a high-end landscape installation, maintenance and management company. We service over 170 homes in the Bloomfield, Bloomfield Hills and Birmingham areas. We are looking to hire a person who is very creative with a high level of landscape design for various residential container arrangements. This position will be 50 hours during the spring/summer container planting season and then taper off once the planting is finished. Flexibility after the planting season is available and we will work together to build a schedule for other tasks to stay busy throughout the year depending on the individual's working capacity. This person’s responsibilities include:

Container Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to gain an understanding for their likes and dislikes in terms of schemes and container designs.
- Tailor a custom proposal to complete the install considering the time needed to shop for the materials.
- Complete project within allotted install times.
- Proactively schedule necessary irrigation adjustments and make sure plant health is maintained.

Property Management Responsibilities:
- Perform routine site checks on assigned properties, making sure all company services are being performed at the highest level.
- Communicate your visit with the client.
- Report any issues needing to be addressed during our next scheduled maintenance visit, proactively addressing issues that can be handled personally while on site.
- Assist with other landscape and property management tasks such as up-sells, measurements, minor planting installs etc.
