Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Audit Senior role located in Monsey, NY. The Audit Senior will oversee financial audits, reviews, and compilations to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities include planning and executing audit engagements, preparing financial statements, identifying and addressing client needs, and providing value-added recommendations. The role requires collaboration with team members, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial auditing, risk assessment, and compliance standards
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ability to prepare and review financial statements
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline
- CPA license or progress toward attaining CPA designation is preferred
