The Customer Service Assistant will provide essential support to the Moseys team, assisting the Customer Service Manager with daily operations, reporting, and coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-orientated professional who enjoys working with data, communicating with partners, and ensuring smooth program operations.
Responsibilities
- Data entry , and file management, while also handling client inquiries, providing information, and fostering positive relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in our systems.
Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Works well independently and as a team member
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
