Moses Singer a mid-size law firm located in the Chrysler building is looking for a part-time evening receptionist. Monday - Thursday 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, attorneys, employees, and other building occupants.
- Escort or direct visitors to conference rooms.
- Assist with conference room access and general evening reception needs.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
- Provide basic clerical and administrative support as needed.
- Communicate professionally with the firm's employees, guests, and subtenant.
- Help ensure visitors can access the appropriate conference rooms and facilities after regular business hours.
- Respond to basic inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate contact.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion in a law firm environment.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Will train the right person. Compensation depends on experience.
