Responsibilities
· Greet Customers promptly upon arrival.
· Identify customers concern or issue and document accordingly.
· Work with team to properly assign services to be performed.
· Communicate with customers to keep informed of status or repair.
· Communicate with 3rd parties for payment of repairs.
Qualifications
· Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
· Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
· Work together as a team to ensure quality customer service
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
