What You’ll Need
- Roofing experience preferred but not required
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Can-do attitude – roofing is hard work!

- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in hot and cold weather, climb ladders, keep balance at heights, use power and hand tools comfortably, lift objects up to 75 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Working on commercial (low-slope) roofs, under the direction of the onsite supervisor
- Properly applying and/or repairing of roofing materials as trained
- Arriving on time every day
- Abiding by all safety protocols
- Focusing on quality workmanship
- Keeping workspaces and vehicles clean
- Collaborating with other team members to divide large projects
- Developing the most efficient and effective processes
- Embracing accountability for mistakes and striving to improve
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
