Commercial Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Moser Construction LLC is currently seeking a qualified individual for a Project Manager/Estimator position at our Bryant, Arkansas office. Moser Construction is a commercial general contractor specializing in public and private work from Local to projects to outside of the Arkansas area. Responsibilities:

· Assist with publishing bids on Building Connected.

· Create and Identify require trade packages

· Accurately estimate/price through extensive qualitative and quantitative estimating methods.

· Understands the aggressive approach to bidding utilizing market trends.

· Organizes proposals and take offs by CSI Divisions.

· Build a project start to finish

· Accurately schedule and complete projects on time.

· Manage project budgets.

· Mitigate risks on projects

· Solve unforeseen conditions and project conflicts in a timely manner.

· Manage daily reports from superintendents

· Manage workflow on the projects daily.

· Coordinate with Superintendent and Subs regularly to ensure project success.

· Understand, Produce, and follow the RFI process.

· Understand, Review, and Manage the submittal process.

· Submit accurate Payment Applications to appropriate parties.

· Communicate with the project team on a regular basis.

· Prepare and monitor project profit reports monthly.

· Capable of managing multiple projects

Qualifications:

· Have at least five (5) years of Project Management experience on commercial construction projects.

· Have at least five (5) years’ experience in commercial construction.

· Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Procore.

· Be able to understand construction documents & blueprints accurately.

· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Possess organizational and time management abilities.

· Strong financial mindset.

· Willing to work hours required to ensure the success of the project and the company.

· Must pass background check and drug test prior to employment.
