Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end SAP QM implementation and support within S/4HANA landscape, collaborating across business and technical stakeholders.

• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, solution design, and functional specification for SAP QM in S/4HANA.
• Translate functional specs into technical designs and coordinate development with the ABAP team.
• Configure and implement SAP QM solutions across full project lifecycle.
• Prepare and execute test plans, unit tests, and integration tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business SMEs, solution architects, developers, and external consultants.
• Maintain functional/application design documents in coordination with stakeholders and system integrators.
• Participate in testing cycles; lead root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Utilize SAP Solution Manager for change management and documentation.
• Lead or support the development of WRICEF objects in collaboration with technical teams.
• Contribute to project planning and delivery using SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
• Work with SAP Fiori apps, and ensure quality integration with external systems and SAP modules (Sales, Procurement, EWM, Plant Maintenance, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• US Citizenship required.
• Minimum 12 years SAP QM experience, including at least 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant business experience, with deep understanding of Quality Management in large/complex environments.
• Proven expertise with SAP ECC Demand Planning, particularly in Aerospace & Defense.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP inspection types: 01, 0101, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 0808, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17.
• Expertise in sampling schemes, inspection planning, FMEA, audit planning, stability studies, and quality certificates.
• Understanding of SAP QM integration with external systems, user exits, batch jobs, and standard SAP reports.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and Agile (SAFe) methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA QM or SAP PP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of WBS (Work Breakdown Structures) and integration with costing.
• SAP project experience using ASAP or Activate methodologies.
• Experience with SAP Project Systems and Fiori apps.
• Exposure to SAP WRICEF object development processes.
• Experience working with SAP testing tools and SAP line-of-business products.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite or travel as needed.
