Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market, providing exceptional customer service, and demonstrating strong negotiation skills. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties while ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Duties

• Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Market properties through various channels including online platforms, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
• Stay informed about local real estate trends, market conditions, and property values.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws.
• Provide administrative support including preparing documents, managing listings, and maintaining client records.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in Idaho or to be actively in the process of obtaining an Idaho real estate license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients’ interests.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in administrative tasks including document preparation and record management.
