Reports To: Design Manager
Job Purpose: To collaborate with the client through the planning process, develop unique and innovative remodeling solutions, and prepare clear and accurate documentation for Production.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Meet with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and investment levels
- Present and sell Design and Construction Agreements
- Develop creative design concepts and detailed work scopes that align with client goals
- Document existing site conditions accurately
- Collaborate with Estimators, Engineers, Architects, Mosby Sales Consultants, and Project Managers to ensure project success
- Provide superior customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Participate in tradeshows, seminars, webinars, and other company events as requested
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education in Interior Design or Architecture
- 5 years of experience in Residential Design preferred
- Minimum of 3 years working one on one with clients to determine their design needs, budget, material selections and executing sales contracts
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and CAD Programs (Chief Architect program is a plus)
- Excellent organization, communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to successfully manage several projects at a time
- Perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
- Prior working relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Have & maintain clean, reliable transportation to use for client appointments around the St. Louis & Southern Illinois area
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time & carry/move up to 50lbs.
