Seeking a highly experienced Commercial Loan Operations Manager to serve as the senior leader overseeing all aspects of the Bank’s Loan Operations function. This role supports the Bank’s strategic growth objectives by ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a high-performing team environment. The Loan Operations Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely servicing of the Bank’s loan portfolio - including participation loans - while providing strong leadership, process oversight, and strategic direction.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in loan operations, a passion for developing and mentoring others, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of related banking experience; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 7 years of Loan Operations experience, including 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of loan operations, banking products and services, and lending-related regulations.
- Expert-level knowledge of the Barclays loan platform and Fiserv Premier core processing system.
- Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail and research skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general PC applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including conflict resolution and team leadership.
