Are you a passionate and organized leader ready to ensure the highest quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities? As a Direct Support Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between great support and successful operations.
You'll coordinate and manage all program activities, ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement. Your key responsibilities include:
* Operational Management: Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.

Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.

Ensuring seamless support: Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.

Maintaining excellence: Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.
* Regulatory Compliance: Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.
SCHEDULE: Overnights, Salaried, Oncall responsibilities will include other hours as needed to support the department/agency.
