We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team!
With so many moving pieces, Mosaic relies heavily on the nursing team's ability to assess and monitor all aspects of an individual's care, including all medical/psychiatric concerns.

What you'll do:
- Collaborate with community healthcare service providers, nutrition services, and behavior specialists to ensure individuals are served with quality care.
- Assist Direct Support Team with healthcare appointments including appropriate follow-ups to ensure compliance.
- Educate & Mentor the Direct Support Team according to Mosaic policies and DDS regulatory requirements.
- Quality & Clinical Oversight
- Auditing on State and National Office Requirements
- Review medical records of individuals served to monitor compliance with State regulations and requirements.

Requirements
- DDS Experience preferred
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of two years of general nursing experience required
- State nursing license required
- Work requires frequent physical activity including extended periods of standing, walking, and bending with occasional periods of sitting, kneeling, climbing, stooping, crouching, squatting and balancing.
- Work also requires constant reaching between knee and shoulder level as well as frequent reaching below knee level and overhead.
- Work requires occasional independent lifting up to 25 pounds, frequent push/pull up to 40 pounds of force and the ability to safely transfer 50 pounds.
