Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Prepress Manager based in Washington, DC. The Prepress Manager will oversee all pre-press processes, including print production, and graphics preparation. Responsibilities include managing prepress workflows, ensuring print quality, collaborating with other departments, and troubleshooting any print-related issues. The role requires a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional results.
Qualifications
- Experience in Print Production and Printing processes on Digital Presses
- Proficient in Pre-press operations and troubleshooting client files.
- Strong proficiency in Graphics preparation and related tools/software.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage prepress workflows and a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in print quality assurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communications, Printing Technology, or related field life experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in a management role within the printing or prepress industry is a plus.
