We are seeking a dynamic, solutions-oriented People Operations Partner (POP) to join us onsite in Connecticut. In this role, you won't just run HR processes—you will serve as a core business partner, leveraging data, culture, and strategy to build an environment where our people and our mission thrive.

As a People Operations Partner, you serve as the critical bridge connecting business strategy with everyday people experiences. You will work directly with agency leadership and our HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to solve complex organizational challenges, coach leaders, and champion Mosaic's core values of belonging, connection, faithfulness, and grit.

- 🌱 Talent & Leadership Development: Act as a coach and facilitator for front-line and mid-level managers. Drive talent discussions, performance coaching, and local retention strategies to build leadership capability.
- 💡 Data Judgment & Analytical Influence: Use core HR metrics (turnover, engagement, retention) to tell stories, answer strategic questions, and drive proactive decisions.
- 🔄 Agility (Growth & Change): Help teams navigate local organizational changes, embrace new technology, and build a continuous improvement mindset.
- ⚖️ Influence & Relationship Management: Build deep trust across all levels. Support local Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), drive resolution of grievances, and serve as the go-to partner for People Operations to maintain a fair, equitable, and inclusive environment.
🎯 What You Bring to the Team
- 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 💼 Experience: Minimum 3 years of progressive HR Advisor/Partner experience.
- 📜 Certification: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR (or ability to obtain within one year of hire).
- 💻 Data & Tech Savvy: Comfortable analyzing basic workforce metrics and using tools like Google Sheets to guide and influence decisions.
- 🗣️ Communication & Coaching: Proven ability to coach supervisors through complex employee relations, navigate change, and communicate with polish and empathy.
- 🚗 Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.
