This role is perfect for a manager who excels at juggling multiple, critical responsibilities:

Operational Management: Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.

Regulatory Compliance: Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.

Team Oversight: Managing the complete staff lifecycle, including hiring, comprehensive training, and efficient scheduling.

Individual Coordination: Strategically planning and managing the appointments and activities of the individuals in the program.

Record Integrity: Meticulously maintaining all necessary records and documentation.

SCHEDULE: Salaried, generally days, but flexibility will be required as hours may include evening, overnights and weekends for On-Call support. Position located in Grand Island.

Qualifications:

- Required Certifications: Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and medication administration.
