Mosaic Therapy Collective is seeking a pre-licensed clinician or psychologist with an entrepreneurial spirit and an eager mindset to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain invaluable experience in a highly independent role while benefiting from structured support and supervision. At Mosaic, you’ll have access to free onsite supervision, allowing you to focus on building your career without the financial burden of paying for supervision as well as paid weekly team meetings and/or training. If EMDR trained, you will also received paid EMDR consultation by Dr. Powers, EMDR certified psychologist and consultant-in-training.

Job Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee
Pay: $35-$45 per hour depending on education, experience, and supervision needs, plus a base admin rate for note writing, initial phone consultations, team meetings, training, and supervision.
Expected Hours: ~32 hours/week (minimum 23 client hours/week for full-time, 26 scheduled/week to account for cancellations/no-shows/etc. with remaining hours being administrative)

Qualifications and What We’re Looking For:
- Must reside in the state of Colorado for supervision licensure purposes
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Art Therapy, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active pre-licensure status (e.g., LPCC, MFTC, LSW, PSYC) in Colorado
- Motivated to develop skills in individual, couples, family, and group therapy
- Passion for working with diverse populations, including children, teens, and adults
- Commitment to offering at least one evening slot/week (or weekend if you prefer)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage this more flexible group practice experience
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (experience with Simple Practice is a plus)
- Open to working with clients across a range of presenting concerns, such as:
- Depression and anxiety
- LGBTQ issues
- Trauma and PTSD/CPTSD
- Eating disorders and disordered eating
- Neurodiversity (e.g., Autism, ADHD)
- Substance use recovery
- Relationship challenges
- Religious abuse and deconstruction
- Option to hold group therapy sessions
Your Role at Mosaic:
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 26 client hours per week (23 is required for full-time therapists, 3 extra are scheduled to account for cancellations, no-shows, etc. per week)
- 2 hours of supervision, consultation, and/or training/week (individual, group)
- Deliver culturally responsive therapy without the burden of administrative tasks, fear of filling your caseload, and billing
