At Mosaic, our customers come first. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of our organization and the first person customers interact with when they visit our office or call us. In this role, you’ll help create a positive customer experience by answering questions, directing customers to the right resources, and supporting daily office operations.

What You’ll Do

• Greet walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Listen to customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department, employee, or resource
• Answer general questions regarding office locations, hours, forms, payments, appointments, and company services
• Answer and route incoming phone calls and take messages as needed
• Maintain knowledge of company departments, services, and staff responsibilities to ensure accurate referrals
• Manage lobby traffic and help create a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits and common inquiries
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with special projects and provide departmental support as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 6-12 months of customer service, front desk, office, retail, or related experience
• Experience handling walk-in customer traffic and multi-line phone systems
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to stay organized and work effectively in a busy environment while maintaining a professional, positive, and patient demeanor
• Sound judgement and the ability to know when to seek assistance or escalate concerns
• Experience using Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

Work Environment

This position works onsite in Cameron, WI during normal business hours in a customer-facing office environment. The role involves frequent interaction with customers, answering phones, and managing multiple priorities throughout the day. Occasional schedule flexibility may be needed to support business needs.
