Advises clients on privacy/cybersecurity compliance, manages breach responses, drafts policies and agreements, conducts risk assessments, and provides training. Works with clients across multiple sectors including financial services and healthcare.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years legal experience in privacy/cybersecurity
- J.D. degree, Massachusetts Bar admission
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and other global frameworks
