Part-Time Community Manager, Multifamily
Bilingual in Spanish/English REQUIRED
The Community Manager will be the onsite representative of the management team. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented person to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the daily operations of the community, including resident relations, rent collection, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with the onsite maintenance team and Regional Manager to ensure an exceptional resident experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and promote satisfaction and retention by promptly responding to complaints, questions, and requests and taking appropriate actions to resolve service issues
- Manage rental collections, post rent payments and initiate eviction proceedings, enforce lease terms, coordinate lease renewals and move out processes
- Leasing tasks and community orientations.
- Collaborate with onsite maintenance team to maintain grounds to standards, schedule property turns and assist offsite Property Services Manager with maintenance request management.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish/English REQUIRED
- 2-3 years of industry experience in a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager role is preferred
- Have a stable means of transportation, including a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
- All prospective employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen, driving record and background check
Physical Requirements:
- Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
- Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Stairs - able to climb several flights of stairs
Pay and Benefits:Part Time, 20-25hrs/week
Schedule: Flexible but prefer Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm or 9am-2pm
Hourly Rate - $23-$25, Based on Experience
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
