We are partnering with a growing organization to identify a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support day-to-day operations and ensure a seamless workplace experience. This role is critical in maintaining an efficient, well-run office while supporting employees, leadership, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Facilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment, including coordination of cleaning services and vendors
- Oversee company-managed assets (e.g., housing accommodations, vehicles), including scheduling, maintenance, and usage
- Coordinate office maintenance, facilities management, and repairs with vendors and building management
- Support office relocation or expansion efforts as needed
- Manage office-related budgets, invoices, and service agreements
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supply inventory and manage ordering
- Coordinate daily office logistics, including meals and general workplace needs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain emergency protocols
Administrative & Team Support
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate logistics in support of hiring efforts
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, materials, and catering
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional experience
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for domestic and international visitors
- Support planning and execution of company events, team activities, and trade shows
- Assist with event logistics, including travel and on-site coordination
- Provide general administrative support across the organization as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful problem-solver with a flexible, proactive mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard office tools
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
