What You’ll Do
- Narrative Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-platform content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook) that drives engagement and brand loyalty.
- Content Creation: Capture, create and manage raw, high-energy real-time content at games, competitions and events. You’ll turn those moments into high-quality and engaging content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.) that highlights our athletes, programs and community.
- Community Management: Build a "digital village." Engage with parents, coaches, and athletes daily to foster a supportive and safe online environment.
- Impact Storytelling: Work with our program leads to highlight scholarship recipients, coach and athlete spotlights, and "behind-the-scenes" foundation/facility work.
- Growth & Analytics: Track what works. Use data to refine our voice, grow our follower base, and report on campaign success to stakeholders.
- A Sports Fanatic: You understand the grind, the teamwork, and the emotional highs and lows of youth sports.
- Mobile-First Creator: You’re a pro with a smartphone, Digital Camera, CapCut/Canva, and understand the latest trending audio before it hits the mainstream.
- Brand Protector: You have high emotional intelligence and understand the sensitivity of featuring minors online (safety and privacy are your top priorities).
- Self-Starter: You’re comfortable working on the sidelines of a youth basketball game or cheer competition, just as much as in a strategic planning meeting.
