QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of demonstrated, successful sales experience (real estate or new home sales preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid U.S. work authorization
- Current driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Proven ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Professional presentation and strong follow-through
- Knowledge of mortgage products and real estate sales processes is a plus
