QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- Active CPA designation
- Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Proven leadership and team-development capabilities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
