Pacific Grove Senior Living Community is looking for an Assited Living Executive Director to lead the community.
There are 60 units, and it is attached to Memory Care Community. The Memory Care community has its own Executive Director.
We are seeking a motivated individual who shares our passion to provide a truly exceptional level of care and service to our residents. Individuals who find personal fulfillment in providing genuine hospitality and caring concern to our senior population are ideal candidates.
We require that our candidates have their Oregon License and current CEUS prior to hire.

Summary: The primary purpose of the Executive Director is to direct the day-to-day functions of the community in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities to assure the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at
all times.

- Safety Functions
- Clinical Oversight
Education and Experience
- Licensed Administrator in the State of Oregon and current on CEUs
