What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Mosaic Management Group LLC?
Mosaic Management Group is seeking the right individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. The Housekeeper is responsible for a combination of duties to maintain residents' living space and clothing in a clean and orderly manner at our Green Bay Community.
General Responsibilities:
- Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments and common areas.
- Collect laundry from residents on designated day, sort clothing and wash items according to care instructions.
- Return clean laundry to residents' room and put away according to instructions.
- Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
- Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
- Inform Director of any pertinent resident issues or concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is desired, but not required.
- Must enjoy working with older adults.
- Excellent Attendance record and work ethic.
