Job Overview

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with clients through effective outbound and warm calling strategies. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services
• Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
• Utilize CRM software, such as Zoho, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Continuously seek opportunities for business development within existing accounts

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Zoho, is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to engage customers through effective telemarketing techniques
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies related to technology products
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
