How Will You Make An Impact & Requirements
- Coordinate and manage the contract lifecycle for SaaS and technology vendors (routing, approvals, renewals, documentation)
- Maintain and update contract trackers, dashboards, and documentation (key terms, expiration dates, ownership)
- Serve as liaison between IT leaders, Sr. Financial Analyst, Procurement, and Legal
- Support purchasing workflows, including PO coordination, invoice matching, and vendor onboarding
- Identify and escalate contract or purchasing risks (e.g., upcoming renewals, delays, compliance gaps)
- Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation across Shared Services
