The Senior Operations Manager is a key leader who drives operational excellence while shaping a culture of teamwork, engagement, and outstanding customer service. Located in our San Jose, CA Headquarters, this role oversees Charter Operations across California and provides strategic support to the Northern California fixed-route and commuter shuttle programs, aligning these teams toward shared goals and cohesive operational performance.

This role brings Sales, Fleet, and Operations leadership together, ensuring that teams are aligned in delivering safe, high-quality, cost-efficient service that exceeds client expectations.
Experience Required:
· Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in transportation, charter, delivery, or related operational fields.
· Experience working within a larger, structured organization with established compliance, safety, and policy-driven environments.
· Exposure to or experience in a small business setting, demonstrating adaptability and cross-functional problem-solving.
· Strong operational intuition with the desire to build, refine, and elevate processes, systems, and teams.
· Experience using project-management skills to foster successful collaboration across departments and meet deadlines.
· Experience in Ground Alliance, Motive, Fleetio, Avatar Fleet, Connect Teams or related systems is a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
