Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new catering sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound calls.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently delivering personalized service and fostering a sense of community.
- Collaborate with clients to plan menus, coordinate event logistics, and ensure every detail exceeds expectations.
- Oversee event execution from start to finish, leading on-site teams to provide exceptional service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, event timelines, and client preferences for seamless communication and delivery.
