Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, efficient Barista with experience to join the team at Mosaic Café for the 2025 Holiday Season!
This seasonal role involves preparing and serving quality beverages and light food items while providing warm, attentive customer service in our cozy café atmosphere. We expect a fast paced environment and need a quick learner who can easily fit into our current team and workflow. We’re especially seeking availability for full shifts on (but not limited to): Nov 26, 28–30 * Dec 6–7, 13–24, 26–28, 31

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and support special events and promotions.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages.
- Assemble and serve light food items as per menu specifications.
- Maintain composure and quality service in a busy, fast-paced setting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and service areas.
- Backup for handling transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock supplies and monitor expirations.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Help complete opening and closing duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, customer oriented, strong work ethic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous barista experience required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic problem solving skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts such as weekends and holidays.
- Seeking availability for full shifts on, but not limited to: Nov 26, 28, 29, 30. Dec 6,7, 13-24, 26-28, 31.
