Position Summary:
The role of the Client Experience Representative (CER) at Mosaic Animal Health Center at St. Hubert's is central to the practice’s day-to-day operations. Serving as the steward of patient access to Mosaic Animal Health Center at St. Hubert's veterinary care team, the CER is expected to operate with exceptional levels of service, patience, respect, and compassion when working with pet parents and their families. Additionally, the Client Experience Representative is tasked with supporting their veterinary team members in the areas of organization, communication, scheduling, and office cleanliness.
Schedule may include Saturdays and some evening hours until 7pm.
Key Position Responsibilities:
· Create an atmosphere of welcoming friendliness and positivity, for both the client and the hospital team.
· Manage the flow of the hospital by greeting clients and visitors, checking patients in and out, assisting with needed forms, payment handling, and scheduling.
· Maintain a working knowledge of hospital operations so can identify the right resources needed for a client or patient.
· Recognize, adapt to and resolve urgent or unusual situations as they present themselves.
· Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining medical records, handling mail and packages, and start-of/end-of day tasks.
· Knowledge and expert use of hospital software systems to optimize their services and functions: ezyVet, payment processors, and others as needed.
· Maintain stock of informational handouts, rebates and other client or hospital information.
· Uphold and maintain office cleanliness and hospital standards.
· Understanding and enforcement of OSHA regulations and hospital safety standards.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
· Experience in a veterinary medicine environment preferred.
· 1 year of experience working in a medical office environment.
· Computer literacy and comfortable learning new software applications.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
