Job Duties
People & Culture Business Partnering
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities to drive performance, growth, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and culture to support Mosai’s long-term vision and operating model.
- Provide executive coaching and guidance on performance, succession, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and team dynamics to build high-performing organizations.
- Lead transformation initiatives including change management, operating model evolution, and organizational redesign to improve scalability and business outcomes.
- Leverage workforce analytics and business insights to identify risks, inform decisions, and strengthen retention, engagement, productivity, and capability building.
- Drive enterprise talent strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and critical talent identification to build bench strength and support growth.
- Influence culture and cross-functional people initiatives (compensation, talent acquisition, learning, and rewards) to reinforce values, enable adoption, and deliver consistent execution through change.
- Lead strategic internal communications initiatives that strengthen organizational alignment, transparency, engagement, and understanding of business priorities.
- Develop and deliver executive messaging, organizational updates, and change communications that support transformation efforts, reinforce culture, and drive adoption of key initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to ensure communications effectively enable change, build trust, and support organizational performance.
- Support programs focused on leadership development, performance management, and career growth
- Help design and implement scalable people and talent initiatives
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and employee feedback activities as needed
- Design, manage, and facilitate various organization-wide leadership meetings to ensure alignment, collaboration, and progress toward strategic goals
- Lead and collaborate on cross-functional People & Culture projects and initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement across people programs, processes, and employee experience
- Contribute to culture-building and engagement efforts across the organization
- All other job-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of experience in the people and culture space
- Experience working with executive leaders as a strategic partner
- Experience leveraging data to drive performance management and people strategy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and influence across teams
- Strong facilitation skills, both in-person and remotely
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations
- Background in organizational development, talent management, or internal communications
- Experience leading teams through organizational change
- Experience creating Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows
- Experience crafting SharePoint pages and sites to broadcast organizational information
- Some travel (quarterly) may be required
