Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive who will be directly responsible for identifying and engaging new and existing business opportunities with potential customers in several types of healthcare organizations including but not limited to home health, hospice, skilled nursing, therapy providers and physician groups. Candidates must have proven success in software sales and excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone confident, self-motivated, and competitive who thrives on exceeding goals.
Job Duties
This position uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The in-office noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Frequent interruptions may be encountered throughout the workday.
The employee is required to either stand or sit, talk and hear frequently required to use repetitive keying or hand motions.

Job Duties
- Engage new opportunities through contact lists, trade shows, marketing activities, existing relationships, professional networking, and partner relationships.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish including initial contact, value propositioning, internal and external resource engagement, online demonstrations, proposal presentations, and closure of net new business.
- Meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual performance goals.
- Schedule ongoing face-to-face or virtual meetings with prospects, current customers, and business partners to build a productive weekly pipeline.
- Maintain an accurate forecast within our customer relationship management tool for all accounts and business opportunities.
- Cultivate productive relationships with vendor partners to promote joint opportunities and maintain a constant stream of new sales opportunities.
- All other job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of proven success in a SaaS environment, ideally in a healthcare software organization
- Experienced user of basic business applications such as Word, Excel, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
- Ability to develop a broad awareness of clients' and prospects' processes to enable quick and clear communication of Mosai’s value proposition
- Goal focused, driven, and creative ability to connect with others
- Strong organization, time management, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrable positive attitude and passionate self-directed work ethic
- Exceptional phone, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and advance within a fast-paced organization
- This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville, near Mosai's offices, though remote candidates will be considered. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.
