We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team in a fast-paced grocery store environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with experience in food preparation and organization. As a Deli Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food preparation and exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of deli products, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Assist customers with their selections, providing recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, adhering to food handling and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Manage time effectively to meet customer demands during peak hours.
- Help with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in grocery deli or other food preparation is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen operations.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
