We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Morton's Landscape Development Company. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all divisions. Your leadership will be vital in driving strategic initiatives that align with our mission of delivering exceptional landscape solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across mowing division to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee project management from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Drive business development efforts to expand our client base and service offerings.
- Monitor financial performance, including profit loss analysis and budget management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field..
- Landscape field experience required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in business development and sales is a plus.
- Ability to track results and make adjustments to schedule and routes as needed.
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively.
