Qualifications:
College hours, high school diploma or GED
Type 35 WPM with accuracy
Good communication skills
Handle confidential information
Ability to organize
Filing
Copy machine skills
Receptionist skills
Ability to speak Spanish fluently (Preferred)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle all telephone communications.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Greet and assist visitors and District personnel.
- Assist in planning for office needs.
- Assist in maintaining filing system.
Equipment Used:
Personal computer, typewriter, printer, copier, and fax machine.
Working Conditions:
Work with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions.
