What You’ll Do
Manufacturing Engineering Fun:
- Dream up, design, and improve tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- Integrate equipment and automation that make our processes better, faster, and safer.
- Partner with maintenance, operations, and design teams to bring ideas to life.
- Lead initiatives that reduce waste, cut costs, and boost efficiency—because lean is clean.
- Create clear documentation so everyone’s on the same page.
Quality Engineering Excellence:
- Own quality improvement projects—from kickoff to high-fives.
- Lead APQP, PPAP, and control plan development to ensure customer confidence.
- Dig deep into data, using root cause analysis and SPC to drive quality wins.
- Create inspection procedures and train others to be quality champions.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure we’re delivering on our promises.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or quality, mechanical, or industrial engineering (or a similar field) and/or 10 years’ experience in related field.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Syteline = bonus points!).
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and analysis tools.
- A knack for balancing technical skills with people skills—you work well with others and bring energy to the team.
- A passion for doing things right and making things better.
