Qualifications:
- This position requires a high school diploma or GED and computer skills.
- Multitasking and organizational skills are required
- Must have interpersonal and customer service skills
- Adaptability and flexibility are required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required
- Understanding of commercial health insurance, Medicaid and Medicare is a plus
- Bilingual, plus but not required

Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in a clinic-office environment
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds; and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to sit 90% and stand 10% of time.
- Acute hearing is required when listening to employees and patients.
- Possess the ability to bend, lift, and climb stairs.
Work may involve some exposures to operating circumstances that require following standard or prescribed safety precautions.
