Come join our team of health providers and support staff that provide patient focused health care to make a difference in the health of our patients. Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) assist our health care providers in providing patient-centered and quality-focused healthcare. Primary responsibilities include basic patient care, triage procedures, charting, and medication orders.
Job Qualifications:
- Current LPN licensure for the state of Oklahoma
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of clinical experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Membership and participation in LPN Association encouraged.

Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in a clinic environment
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds
- Must be able to sit, and stand for extended periods of time.
