Loan Officer Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Officer Assistant located in Yuma, AZ. The Loan Officer Assistant will be responsible for supporting loan officers in the preparation and processing of loan applications, communicating with clients, assisting in the gathering of required documentation, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role involves regular interaction with clients and real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions and deliver exceptional service.

• Experience in loan processing, mortgage operations, or related roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
